One of my many ministry activities is church consultation along with revivals, seminars and retreats.
CHURCH CONSULTING is a process in which I provide insights and recommendations and guidance to help the congregation improve the overall health of the church or to provide assistance in a specific church need.
CHURCH HEALTH
Church Health is measured in 6 primary areas:
Worship
Evangelism
Teaching/Mentoring
Ministry/Service
Fellowship
Prayer
Many churches find themselves either at the plateau level or even declining in effectiveness through ministry, growth and/or finances.
Using the Church Health Survey(TM) provided by Church Central, I can assist congregations in identifying those areas that would bring better balance in their congregation’s overall health.
Interviews are also conducted to assist in the evaluation process.
Congregations must decide where they are before they can chart the course for where they need to be. As a certified church consultant, I can be of great assistance in the process.
